Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are completely in love with your new goodies, but we understand that it can be rather difficult to know your size and preference without trying them on first. We are more than happy to offer a return or an exchange as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, with designer tags, and were paid for at the full price. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping charges which are non-refundable.

Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning a package) to ensure that your refund or exchange is properly processed. We inspect and pack each item with care, but we understand in case of accidental damage. Make sure that the item you wish to return is in good condition and securely packaged. We do not accept returns if the items have been mistreated or crammed to fit an unsuitable box or envelope. We cannot offer a refund on lost or stolen items. Enclose a copy of the original receipt or emailed order for our reference.

The Return Process will only start if the product is defective or doesn’t work and there are inaccurate details provided on our website concerning the product. also if the product is damaged, includes missing or broken parts, wrong product was sent, and Late Delivery.

You can then drop your returning product as well as the filled return form at your nearest drop-off location within 7 days of purchase after the delivery date. Your refund will be granted within the next 7 days of return. An email confirmation will be sent to you after the process.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase after the delivery date.
  • We do not return final sale items or clearance items.
  • Be mindful of your makeup when trying items on. If makeup is on the returned items, we will deny your refund.
  • Please note that if an item is damaged after wearing (a zipper breaks, a button falls off); from normal wear and tear, we cannot accept said item to be returned.
  • All products must meet the above criteria for return.
  • All personalized and custom items are FINAL SALE. For any questions, please email or contact us.
  • No Final Sale purchases are redeemable for any kind of store credit, exchange, or refund.
  • Our return & exchange policies are not applicable on Food Items/ Groceries, which have expiry dates.
