User Cart

You can add product to your cart by clicking the cart icon in product card. or you can visit the product detail page & click Add to cart.

It means you can get the product from Mukundo without any extra shipping charge(Money). For more information you can read Mukundo shipping policies.

Go to Mukundo Website and Search for a product. Click on the product and add it to Cart by using the add to cart option. After that visit your cart page and then you can proceed to checkout where you have to update your delivery address.

You can contact Mukundo by using the facebook chat option and message us to reschedule the delivery time. or directly call us if needed.

Mukundo will start the delivery reschedule process within 48hrs from the last scheduled time.  

After you click the Track Order option in the heder. The track order page opens where You have to provide the Order Number and your account email address.

There may be multiple reasons why checkout via credit/debit card fails. One of the main and reoccurring reason is issuer bank rejecting the payment process and few other includes wrong credentials like CVV, OTP. The card payment system that we use doesn’t accept non 3D-Secure transaction. Therefore please make sure you have provided correct details and contact your bank and make sure your card is enabled for ecommerce transaction and proceeds through 3DS transaction.

We try our best to ship our orders on time. If delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.

This message mostly due to product being out of stock or coupon/reward point reset after failed payment. In such cases just visit your cart page and reconfirm your items. In case the message appears persistently with specific payment option kindly try with other option or contact our customer service for assistance.

When payment fails users are redirected back to our site with summary of order and option to process payment again using any of the payment option available. Users can also visit my account > orders page to see history of their orders as well as reprocess payment pending orders.

Bonus points are held by order once attempted to checkout. Users have option either to use points within same order by reinitiating payment process or cancel it to get back points. Users can perform this action from my account > orders page.

Account & Signup

No it’s not. You can checkout as a guest. But we recommend you to create an account so that you can get mukundo offers and gifts & also you can manage your order history if you shop with an user account.

Yes, you can login into the Mukundo account by using Facebook or Google account and get the offers as per the promotion plans.

Return and Refund

We do not accept the return or replace request  after the return period. We request you to check the product properly within the return period.

Your product will be returned or replaced within a week

To add a new address please visit My Account page and then open the Address book.
Now you can update your Address Book with a new Address.
To edit the old address please click the Edit link which is placed right if the billing or shipping address header.
